The government quarantine exit plan for Ukraine consists of five stages. The first relaxation of the restrictions will begin after May 11. Ukraine is expected to open parks, squares, recreation areas, hairdressing, beauty salons, summer areas of cafes and restaurants, museums, libraries, consumer services, dentistry, notaries and lawyers. At the same time, in areas where there is a higher incidence of COVID-19, special quarantine restrictions will be established, which will be stricter than in other regions.

According to the government’s proposed quarantine exit plan, the third stage (when the subway works partially) will be introduced if, within 10 consecutive days, the number of people recovered from COVID-19 Ukrainians will be two or more times the number of new cases, and hospitals will be occupied by patients with coronavirus infection in less than 10%.

As of the morning of May 5, in Ukraine, the coronavirus was confirmed in 12,697 people, 1,875 of them were cured and 316 died.
