This was stated by the fifth president, leader of the European Solidarity party Petro Poroshenko on the air of the Freedom of Speech program, reports RBC-Ukraine.
“A survey of doctors who are at the forefront of the fight against the coronavirus pandemic is published. And 65% of all Ukrainian doctors consider the actions of the Ukrainian authorities to counter the negative pandemic, evaluating them according to a system of 5 points per unit or two, “Poroshenko said.
In his opinion, there could be no other estimate, as earlier in the year the government did not prevent the export of millions of Ukraine protective masks, which were sold at a price of 80 kopecks.
“We created a temporary commission of inquiry, we transferred the documents to law enforcement agencies. Do you think someone was brought to justice? No, we did not find any violations,” added Poroshenko.
Now, Poroshenko points out, as in 2014 to protect the army, today volunteers and philanthropists have joined the defense of doctors, who join forces and help the country.
“170,000 protective suits were brought to Ukraine through philanthropists. Our team brought an additional 130,000 from Korea and China. All protective suits were distributed together with the Ministry of Health to key support hospitals, because our goal is to protect the doctors, “said the leader. EU “.
Furthermore, Poroshenko is convinced that the number of tests for coronavirus in Ukraine should be increased at least tenfold.
“We need to do 30,000 tests a day, we do 4,000. If you don’t have enough labs, tell me, I’ll bring them. If you don’t have enough labs, we don’t have these 2 million, tell me.
