60 absent deputies will not receive payments
Last year, changes were legalized, according to which attendance at parliament is measured by participation in the polls.
The Verkhovna Rada had 60 deputies who will not receive a salary for April due to the absence in many meetings, reports the Civil Network OPORA.
It is observed that during the last month, 60 deputies lost more than 30% of the votes in parliament.
Based on changes in legislation adopted in the fall, attendance at plenary meetings is measured by participation in the vote.
That is, if a deputy does not vote, then he is not present at the meetings. Those elected who have lost more than 30% of the votes are not reimbursed for the expenses associated with fulfilling their attached powers for the corresponding calendar month.
“Such a decision on the deputies to be made in the Committee of Rules of Procedure for the Deputy Ethics and the organization of work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,” the statement said.
So, according to OPORA, all the votes were cast by 16 deputies, in particular Andrei Kozhemyakin (Batkivshchyna), Andrei Kholodov (Servant of the People), Angelika Labunskaya (Batkivshchyna), Vadim Novinsky (non-factional), Vadim Stolar (OPZZh), Valery Dubil (Bativchyna), Victor Baloga (For the Future), Vitaly Danilov (Batkivshchyna), Grigory Nemyrya (Batkivshchyna), Mustafa Dzhemilev (European Solidarity), Oleg Makarov (Golos), Alexandra Ustinova (Golos), Oles Dovgy (non-factional) , Sergey Vlasenko (Batykivshna) (Sergey Vlasenko), Sergey Rudyk (non-factional), Sergey Taruta (Bib bat).
