Russia is among the seven countries with the highest number of cases of coronavirus infection.
As of May 3, 1280 people became victims of COVID-19 coronavirus infection in Russia. This was reported in the Ministry of Health.
In total, almost 135 thousand cases of diseases were registered, 16,639 people were cured.
According to the agency, more than half of COVID-19 cases – 68,606 – occur in Moscow. Second in terms of infection – Moscow region, there are more than 14 thousand cases.
The Telegram channel Stopkoronavirus.rf reported that 10,633 cases of coronavirus infection were reported in Russia in 85 regions of the country per day.
Moscow City Health noted that 35 patients with coronavirus infection died in the capital in one day.
