Residents of the capital cannot enter the building itself and, according to citizens, they do not really explain the further course of the procedure after the documents are accepted.
Representatives of stores, pharmacies and other organizations aren’t even sure about receiving special employee passes until Monday, when the closing begins. And consequently, they will be able to get to work by metro, buses, trolleybuses and trams.
Authorities in the capital are struggling to answer how soon they will be able to issue passes and ask business owners to facilitate the transfer of people to the workplace.
The same procedure for submitting applications was announced on the evening of April 1. Documents will also be accepted on weekends: April 3 and 4 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Remember that employees of critical businesses and organizations can get a special pass to use public transportation:
- employees of government agencies;
- medical professionals;
- social welfare workers;
- community housing and infrastructure workers;
- employees of private companies that support the life of the city (supermarkets, etc.).
