The head of the Servants of the People faction, David Arakhamia, apologized for the words of the People’s Deputy, Anna Kolesnik, who wrote about the need to “get out of Ukraine.”
He said this on the air of the television channel Ukraine 24, assuring that none of the “servants” intends to do this (scroll to the bottom to see the video).
Arahamia emphasized that Kolesnik is a “respectable person” with a “patriotic attitude”.
“I must apologize to all the people of Ukraine for how it looks. This is not a party position. I can definitely assure everyone: no one from the country will” blame “, everyone will work for the benefit of the country, everyone will defend their interests”, said the head of the faction.
As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, the People’s Servant’s Deputy Anna Kolesnik noted in a telephone correspondence that “we have to leave this country.” “We are listening to Khomchak. We need to get out of this country,” he stressed.
Later, the People’s Deputy explained that with this phrase she was referring to “resting for the May holidays,” and not leaving the country forever. At the same time, he deleted the post after a while.
