Today in Donbas, April 1, another Ukrainian military man was injured. The soldier was injured as a result of the shelling of positions near Novotoshkovsky.
The invaders once again violated the truce using grenade launchers against the Ukrainian army. The joint forces opened fire in response.
“As a result of the shelling, a Joint Forces soldier was wounded by shrapnel. The soldier quickly received first aid and was taken to a hospital,” the group said.
The Ukrainian part of the Joint Coordination and Control Center informed the OSCE mission in Ukraine about the incident.
We will recall, earlier, the JFO command reported on the injury of the Ukrainian army as a result of six violations of the ceasefire by the militants. There was no information in the OOS report on the Novotoshkovsky bombing.
We add that the situation in Donbass worsened after the bombing of the JFO positions on Friday 26 March. Then, as a result of the enemy bombardment, four Ukrainian soldiers died and two were wounded.
