Eight regions and Kiev are in the “red” epidemic zone of adaptive quarantine, the Ukrainian Ministry of Health said.

The Ukrainian Ministry of Health published a new list of adaptive quarantine zones on March 23.

According to the ministry, Kiev and eight regions are in the “red” zone: Zhytomyr, Transcarpathian, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kiev, Lvov, Odessa, Sumy and Chernivtsi.

In “orange” – the Vinnytsia region, as well as the Volyn, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Kirovograd, Lugansk, Nikolaev, Poltava, Rivne, Ternopil, Kharkov, Khmelnitsk, Cherkasy and Chernigov regions.

In the “yellow” epidemic zone, there is only one region: Kherson.

In several regions, there is an increase in the number of hospitalizations. According to the Ministry of Health, the most problematic situation for this indicator is in Vinnitsa (133.6 per 100,000 inhabitants with a norm of 60), Zhytomyr (116.3), Khmelnytsky (103.7), Ivano-Frankivsk ( 103.2), Nikolaev (103.0), Chernivtsi (100.9), Transcarpathian regions (86.6), as well as in Kiev (110.6).
