Several media outlets spread information about the alleged decision of the Supreme Court to “reject claims” to shut down opposition television channels “112 Ukraine”, NewsOne and ZiK by the authorities.

It is also reported that the Supreme Court has opened proceedings on the complaints from the television channels. Hearing of the cases is scheduled for late March and early April.

As part of the preparation of the cases for the court hearing, at the request of the plaintiffs, documents were requested from the President of Ukraine and the National Defense and Security Council of Ukraine, which became the basis for the imposition of sanctions.
