Two more extraordinary plenary sessions will be held in the Verkhovna Rada on Friday 19 March.
The Verkhovna Rada’s first vice president, Ruslan Stefanchuk, announced this from the rostrum of parliament.
“Today we have two extraordinary plenaries: one on the agenda and on the Pfizer issue, the second on three other issues, on which, apparently, votes have already been collected,” said the popular deputy.
So, in the first meeting, the deputies will consider the bill No. 5247, which proposes to exempt from responsibility for the negative consequences of vaccination of the manufacturers of vaccines against COVID-19 and the doctors involved. The approval of the law is required to obtain a free vaccine under the COVAX mechanism, in particular the Pfizer vaccine.
At the second meeting in the Rada will be considered the bill №4241, which will protect debtors from the illegal actions of collectors. In addition, the deputies will vote at first reading on the bill on Ukrainians who have debts on foreign currency loans.
In addition, the popular deputies will consider the cancellation of the transition to summer and winter hours (bill No. 4201).
