“Rotor” on his official website announced his separation from the team’s head coach Alexander Hatskevich… The specialist was dismissed by decision of the club’s management.
Khatskevich has led Rotor since 2019, under his leadership the team advanced to the Premier League. Before that, the 47-year-old specialist worked for the Dynamo Kiev, the Belarusian national team, Vitebsk, Dynamo Minsk, and was also a member of the coaching staff of the Ukrainian team.

Under Khatskevich’s leadership, the team scored 6 wins, 7 draws, and 14 losses in 26 matches, while Rotor conceded 40 goals and scored 14.
Note that in the Russian Premier League standings after 23 rounds, the Volgograd team is ranked 13th, earning 18 points.
