The parliamentarian responded by announcing an attempted takeover of the party cell and delivered an ultimatum to President Volodymyr Zelensky himself.
In parallel, the struggle for control of the Kiev region between different groups of influence within the “servants” is intensifying again. The question is also how the oligarch Igor Kolomoisky and his group in the Servant of the People faction will behave in this situation.

Conference races
Strana wrote that Dubinsky was expelled from the faction shortly after being sanctioned by the United States. However, he remained the head of the important organization of the Kiev regional party. And this was a reason for the pro-Western forces to suspect that the Office of the President wanted to keep Dubinsky in the party hierarchy and thus play with the co-owner of the Privat group, Kolomoisky.
During the People’s Council Congress on March 13, an embarrassment occurred: Dubinsky, as head of the party’s regional cell, automatically became a member of the party’s new internal supreme body, the National Council of Communities, prompting a new wave. of outrage from the pro-western lobby, mainly opponents of the deputy himself within his old faction.
As our sources in the president’s party say, this was the trigger to remove Dubinsky from his position in the party.
Literally the next day, the SN announced that an extraordinary conference of the organization of the Kiev regional party was held by order of the leader Alexander Kornienko, in which Dubinsky was deprived of the position of president. The member of the parliamentary faction Andrei Motovilovets was appointed the new head of the cell. The photograph on the party’s website shows that the event took place at the Parkovy exhibition center.
In turn, Dubinsky described this encounter as a provocation against himself on the part of certain forces of the OP. This, in his opinion, an extraordinary conference of the regional cell was held under his presidency on the same day.
And he called those who led the conference that expelled him “swindlers and con artists who take over the party and with such actions discredit both the party and the president.”
Furthermore, Dubinsky addressed the president with the following question: “Did you really give the go-ahead to the fraudulent cleansing of the Kiev regional organization of the Servant of the People party of those for whom voters voted in local elections?”
“On behalf of those who asked this question, I give the president 24 hours to respond. Think-Te, Vladimir Alexandrovich, ”added Dubinsky.
Even before the deadline for this ultimatum expired, the SN announced that the deputy was expelled from the party just for holding his meeting with the Jesuit council to contest at the next party congress.
After waiting 24 hours and never receiving a reply, Dubinsky wrote on his Telegram channel that a “presidential monarchy” had been established in Ukraine and that “his presidential majesty” should address Zelensky.

An SN deputy, elected in one of the districts of the Kiev region, claims that the conference at which Motovilovets was elected was held strictly in accordance with the new version of the letter, approved the day before by the party congress.
“Of the 25 members of the regional cell, 15 people were present at the meeting, of which 13 voted for the removal of Dubinsky and 15 for the appointment of Motovilovets,” said the popular deputy.
The meeting was attended by the party leader, the first deputy head of his parliamentary faction Alexander Kornienko, as well as the deputies of the SN Alexander Gorobets, Sergei Bunin, who walked through the districts of the Kiev region, his colleagues ”, enumerates” Olga Koval and Alexander Merezhko.
As the interlocutor of the SN management explained to “Strana”, the choice fell on Motovilovets for the following reasons.

A noteworthy fact: among his volunteer assistants is a well-known lobbyist for the interests of the gambling business, Boris Baum, who is considered close to the deputy director of the OP Kirill Timoshenko (who oversees the regional policy of Bankova).
The names of other conference participants are also indicative.
The majority leaders Gorobets and Bunin of the faction belong to the influence group of a businessman with great connections in the customs office, Ilya Pavlyuk.
Dubinsky himself once wrote on his Facebook page that former colleagues entered parliament with a “customs” fee: Pavlyuk and a former top tax official, two-call MP Viktor Timoshenko.
The second, together with a former official of the Kiev regional state administration, Volodymyr Koval, was one of the commissioners of the SN election campaign in the Kiev region. This influential group is waging a covert fight with the group, which includes Dubinsky, for the Kiev region. Actually, Dubinsky’s attempt to maintain influence over the faction in the regional council is the main problem for the party (the probability that the courts will side with the disgraced people’s deputy and reinstate him in office is , to put it mildly, not very large).
What will Kolomoisky do
A separate question: how will the new twist in the story with Dubinsky affect Kolomoisky’s relations with the OP?

And this may be a reason to initiate an investigation and to try to get closer to Kolomoisky and the deputy of the people of several calls, Yevgeny Geller, close to him.
Also today, the Attorney General’s Office and the NABU announced suspicions of stasis to three former senior executives of Privatbank, including the former president of Dubilet.
However, a source from the Servant of the People faction says that there is no great war between Kolomoisky and Zelensky.
