The head of the Servants of the People faction in Verkhovna Rada, David Arakhamia, received a ticket for incorrect parking in Kiev: he left his car in a crosswalk. The town deputy, commenting on the incident, said that because of the snow he did not see the markings.
The head of the Servant of the People faction in Verkhovna Rada, David Arakhamia, on the air of Savik Shuster’s Freedom of Speech program, which aired on the Ukraine channel and the online YouTube channel Shuster, apologized for violating the traffic rules in Kiev.
On the afternoon of March 12, journalist Mikhail Tkach posted a photo showing Arahamia parking her car in a crosswalk under a traffic light near the President’s Office. Later that day, the first deputy director of the patrol police department, Aleksey Biloshitskiy, said that the town aide had paid a ticket for improper parking.

Arachamiya said that due to “a small undersized job”, the utilities did not see the “zebra.”
“I have no excuses. [езжу] as an ordinary person, I don’t use [услугами] “state driver”, to which I am entitled. I use my car and I always drive myself. Therefore, like any driver, I can sometimes rape. When I rape, of course, I pay fines. […] It was snowing and I didn’t see the markings at all. Where I parked, the car would leave from there.
