On Wednesday, March 3, a video of a language scandal that broke out in a clothing store in Odessa appeared online. The fact is that the sales consultant refused to serve the customer in Russian. After that, the woman said that “Mova is a cow’s tongue.”
“Mova is a cow’s tongue. If you and I lived as a human being, we would agree, like all normal people,” said the client.
He advised the merchant to recall the history of Odessa, who was the first to settle in the city. But she did not give any information.
In this store, the woman who caused the scandal was not alone. There was a man with her. He asked for a complaint book and wrote there his discontent that the store refused to serve in Russian.

In an interview with 048.ua, the store manager stated that all sellers communicate with customers in Ukrainian and never switch to Russian, even if they are asked to do so.
“We can just keep quiet, but we will not switch to Russian,” the administrator said.
Journalists noted that when the correspondent had just arrived at the store, customers were served in Russian.
