Several lawsuits have already been filed before the Supreme Court, challenging the sanctions, but only one case has been registered so far.

The Supreme Court Administrative Court of Cassation received a complaint from 112-TV, appealing against President Vladimir Zelensky’s decree on sanctions. This was reported by the court’s press service on Friday, February 26.

The Supreme Court recalled that they had previously received complaint writings to appeal the presidential decree on sanctions.

Thus, by the decree of February 9, the claim letter was left without movement and a deadline was set for the plaintiff as of the date of delivery of this decree to correct the deficiencies.

Also on February 9, the court refused to initiate proceedings on another claim.

“On February 11, the Supreme Court of the CAS decided to open the process in case No. 9901/26/21 on the demand of a citizen (the case is scheduled for consideration on March 15, 2021)”, says the message.

Through the decree of February 16, LLC Novosti 24-hour claim letter was left without movement and a deadline was set for the plaintiff from the date of receipt of this decree to remedy the deficiencies.

Through a judgment of February 23, the court extended by 10 days the period to correct deficiencies in LLC Teleradiocompany New Communications’ claim in file No. 9901/33/21.
