The authorities began the process to return part of the pipeline to state property

Part of the oil products pipeline in the direction of Samara – Oeste was stopped and transferred to the storage facility of the Ukrtransnafta company.

On February 23, the Supreme Anticorruption Court confiscated all the assets directly involved in ensuring the technological activities of a part of the oil products pipeline in the direction of Samara – Oeste. This was reported by the Attorney General’s Office on Wednesday, February 24.

The property was temporarily transferred to the custody of the Ukrtransnafta company.

In 2017, the Rivne Region Economic Court recognized ownership of a part of the Samara-West direction of the PrikarpatZapadtrans LLC petroleum products pipeline. This company belongs to people from the circle of Viktor Medvedchuk.

Recently, the NABU said that the pipeline was handed over under false examination. The expert who reached this conclusion has already received the corresponding suspicion.

On February 19, the NSDC made the decision to take steps to return this pipeline to state ownership.

The law enforcement agencies intend to identify everyone involved in the disposal of the “pipeline.”

As a reminder, the NSDC imposed sanctions against Medvedchuk and his wife, as well as six other individuals and 19 legal entities, through a February 19 decision.
