The adviser to the head of the President’s Office, Mikhail Podolyak, said that the family of MP Viktor Medvedchuk and television host Oksana Marchenko “live in a kind of made-up world” if they believe that they “decide the fate” of people.

With such statements, Podolyak noted, the sanctioned family is trying to “provoke at least some kind of scandal” to divert attention.
The OP employee said that Marchenko and Medvedchuk are trying to politicize what is happening as much as possible, “so that society does not discuss their possible participation in gray schemes with representatives of the occupied territories, but rather discusses something else.”
The Office of the President assesses Marchenko’s statements “as an attempt by outsiders to prove that they are worth something more.”
