“On November 20 last year, I sent a letter to the Football Association of Ukraine with a request for additional organizational, informational and other measures to be taken to ensure that the Football Association of Ukraine meets the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the guarantee of the functioning of the Ukrainian as a state language”, regarding the compulsory use of the state language in its activities and inform the members of the Association of the recommendations of the Commissioner for the Protection of the State Language in accordance with the rules of the Law, relating to the use of the State language in the activities of sports federations.
