Therefore, we need to update the concept, reaffirm our values and strengthen the connection between Europe and North America, “said the NATO secretary general.
According to him, NATO should become a platform for political dialogue to counter Russia and China.
“We need to expand political and practical dialogue with all like-minded states around the world to confront those who do not share our values,” Stoltenberg said, adding that this is Russia and China.
