Parliament has discovered how to solve the problem of “Eurobies”

Cars previously imported are offered to be dispatched for 1000 euros, and for those who will import cars in the future, they are offered to reduce the price previously established.

The Finance Committee of the Verkhovna Rada has produced two bills to solve the problem of unauthorized cars with European registration. This was announced in a briefing on Monday, February 15, after a meeting of the Servant of the People faction, by the deputy head of the finance committee, Alexander Kovalchuk, reports RBC-Ukraine.

He noted that the bills refer to cars with euro plates, which were brought to Ukraine before December 31, 2020. The committee decided to reduce the cost of customs clearance to about 1,000 euros.

“It will cost an average of 1,000 euros. It depends on three indicators: the age of the car, the type of engine and the size of the engine. That is, the cost of the car is no longer taken into account. – Hourly promotion? Yes, but we would really like this to finally solve the problem of the Eurobills, – he said.

Kovalchuk added that the committee will continue to work in this direction to reduce the cost of customs clearance and for those who will import Europlacas in the future.

“As for those that matter now. Our working group will continue working to overcome corruption schemes, to fill the budget and reduce the cost of customs clearance, but gradually,” said the popular deputy, explaining that the budget will suffer for this. .

As a reminder, in January, the Finnish Rada Committee passed two bills on the temporary simplification of customs clearance for cars with foreign license plates.
