In most regions of Ukraine, except in the south, the air will warm to positive temperatures after March 8.
This is stated in the forecast of the Gismeteo website. In particular, in Kiev it will be freezing until the end of February and the beginning of March. Daytime temperatures will only hit 1 degree on March 10.
The heat will come to Odessa earlier: already on February 25 it will be +1 degrees, in early March it will warm up to +2, and on 9-10, +3 .. + 4 degrees are expected.
In Lviv, frosts are expected in early March. Temperatures above zero are forecast after Day 9.
In Uzhgorod, the daytime temperature will reach positive values on February 23. Until February 25, it will grow to +3 and will remain at this level until the end of the month. From March 1 it will be a bit colder, but in the afternoon there will be no frost anyway. On March 9-10, the region is expected to reach +5 degrees.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, freezing temperatures will last until March 8 inclusive. On March 9 1 grade is expected and on March 10 it is already +3.
In Kharkov, the temperature will be above zero on March 10. On this day, the daytime temperature will reach +1.
Keep in mind that, according to forecasters, severe frosts and rapid warming are expected in the second half of February. Heavy snowfall will give way to gusts of wind. A radical change in the weather is expected in the twenties of the month, but there is no reason to wait for early spring – warming will be slow, but steady.
As OBOZREVATEL reported, as of Monday, February 15, severe frosts and snow storms are expected in Ukraine, and the air temperature may drop to -30 degrees.
