The suspended head of the Constitutional Court, Alexander Tupitsky, and two judges of the Constitutional Court do not want to leave the premises of the Koncha-Zaspa sanatorium, which they rented.
At the same time, the judges were previously evicted from the cabins for debts, property damage, and unauthorized takeover of territory. Contracts with them were terminated, Segodnya reports.
In response, they file lawsuits in district courts and refuse to remove their belongings.
Tupitsky paid no rent for five months and for a communal apartment for six months. He has accumulated a debt of about 80 thousand hryvnia with an annual salary of 5 million hryvnia. The head of the KSU canceled his debt only after the eviction decision. However, it does not release the house.
According to media reports, Judge Alexander Litvinov, in turn, illegally increased the territory of the hut, which he rents, by seven acres. With this, he blocked the work of the recreational park services. And his son, who rented a room in a sanatorium, arranged a route in the room. After Litvinov Jr.’s residence, there was wallpaper, broken tiles, and broken doors. He agreed to compensate for the damages caused only after informing the police.
Another KSU judge Igor Slidenko lives in Koncha-Zaspa, reporters report. It should be noted that all the neighbors of the house where he rents an apartment have already abandoned it, since the building was given to an orphanage.
Recall that Tupitsky, who was suspended from work, continues to perform his duties remotely, since he cannot reach the workplace. For this you will receive your usual salary.
