A windowless apartment for sale in the capital
The apartment, despite being such a small square, even fits a washing machine, shower, refrigerator and other attributes of an ordinary apartment.
In Kiev, the smallest apartment in the city was put up for sale, the total area of which is only six square meters. There are no windows in the room, but there is a bathroom – floor. Such a house is put up for sale in one of the commercial flats, Kiev now writes.
The apartment is located on Yavornitskogo Street, in the Svyatoshinsky district (Belichi microdistrict).
The description says that it is “a free-use basement, converted into a small independent apartment”.
“The total area is six square meters. Everything is your own, a boiler, a stove for cooking, a refrigerator, a battery, a washing machine, a shower, a toilet. A sofa, a closet ”, says the ad.
There are no windows in the apartment. There is a bathroom, but the amenities are walk-in.
You can buy a mini-home for nine thousand dollars (about 250 thousand UAH).
It was previously reported that mortgages became more affordable for Ukrainians. Last fall, the median rate on home loans fell below 13% a year.
Apartment rentals in Ukraine were also reported to have risen in price. The average rent for a one-room apartment has increased by 5.5% and now stands at 3,903 UAH.
