Rada passed the law on electronic workbooks
The popular deputies voted in favor of the law on the full functioning of electronic workbooks and the automatic accumulation of pensions.
The Verkhovna Rada of Friday, February 5, supported in the second reading a bill that provides for the full operation of electronic workbooks and the automatic accumulation of pensions.
265 deputies voted for bill # 3623.
The document simplifies access to seniority information, which means that pensions will be calculated automatically.
In particular, it is planned to assign a pension through a personal electronic account on the web portal of the electronic services of the Pension Fund. This can be done without a request from the person.
The law establishes that the Insured Registry is formed and maintained by the Pension Fund. The inclusion of PFCs in the insured registry for which information on the work activity of the employees is missing must be carried out within five years from the date of entry into force of this law. The information will be sent by insured or insured.
If the system lacks data on the insurance experience required for the appointment of an old-age pension, the territorial body of the PFI is obliged to inform the insured about this and the need to present them.
As reported, in June the Cabinet of Ministers proposed changes that would allow the launch of a full workbook of electronic workbooks.
