Zelensky commented on the US sanctions against people’s deputies

The president did not mention the name of the people’s deputy Dubinsky, against whom the United States imposed sanctions.

In Ukraine, a criminal case should be started on the possible involvement of Ukrainian deputies and officials in interference in the US elections. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on the Axios program, broadcast on the US television channel HBO.

“It is necessary. And not only in front of these deputies. But in front of everyone. I want a criminal case to be opened on this matter,” Zelensky replied when asked if there was any doubt about the fact that the deputies against whom the United States applied sanctions, he will be prosecuted by the Ukrainian justice.

He also recalled that law enforcement agencies are working on a case about the released tapes of alleged conversations between former President Petro Poroshenko and then-US Vice President Joe Biden.

According to him, there are already some advances and the results will be soon.

“But I want all names to be on this list, as well as on the sanctions list. Whichever party they are deputies for. No party should be responsible for this or that person. The people should be responsible for what they are. ago. And back (should – ed.) Raise the issue of the deprivation of mandates, leave the party.
