Ukraine Security Service Colonel Yuriy Rasyuk, who was arrested in the case of an attempt on the life of a secret service general, said that the organizer of the crime was Dmitry Neskornomny.
“Censor.Net” editor-in-chief Yuri Butusov announced this on his Facebook page, citing sources who were in a closed-door court session on January 29.
He clarified that Rasyuk made a deal with the investigation and would give revealing testimony against Neskoromny, who was the deputy director of the SBU.
“Rasyuk said that he agreed with the investigation and that he would give evidence to fully expose his friend Neskornomny. Rasyuk spoke about the details of the super scandalous case and confirmed the suspicions raised against him,” Butusov said. It added that, in accordance with article 381 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, after an agreement with the investigation of the suspect and with the consent of the victim, the interrogation can be carried out in the courts according to a simplified procedure.
Furthermore, according to the journalist, a witness in the case, Oleg Poskotinin, gave testimony, whom Rasyuk proposed to become the perpetrator of the murder.
Remember that previously the SBU published evidence of Neskornomny’s involvement in the crime organization.
