At 5:00 AM on January 28, only trams were circulating on Route 20. According to the press service of the mayor’s office, the movement of the tram has now been restored. Cars that were left on the street overnight are now being put in order and will soon be released on the line.

Due to 78 breaks in the airline, trams 5, 15, 17, 27, 28 and trolleybuses 2, 3, 9, 10, 14 do not run. Some routes have restrictions: to the station.
Also, the city has fewer traffic jams. Apparently many Odessans today have decided not to take chances and stay home.
However, on the Nikolaev highway, as always, it is impossible to pass. Also, there have already been two accidents there. The slowest cars are moving on the approach to Luzanovka from the city center.

But in Cheryomushki and Tairov, there are practically no traffic jams. Cars are parked on Heavenly Hundred Avenue, but this situation is common for the area on a snowless day.

There are difficulties on the roads in the suburbs of Odessa. Almost all tracks are loaded there. The situation is especially difficult near the “Two Pillars”.

Let us remember that from 9:00 p.m. on January 27, until a special order on the Odessa-Reni and Odessa-Kuchurgan roads restricted traffic. They haven’t been opened yet.
Regular trucks and buses are prohibited from driving on other roads of national importance in the Odessa region. Transport links in the city were not officially closed.
We wrote earlier that due to heavy snowfall across the Odessa region, meteorologists announced a “red” hazard level. Until the night of January 28, a very heavy snowfall awaits local residents with an increase in snow cover by 30-40 centimeters. The city will be covered by a blizzard, the wind will increase up to 15-20 meters per second. Snowdrifts will appear on the roads.
