In Kiev, on Wednesday, January 27, meteorologists predict a worsening of the weather conditions. Rain is expected at night, turning into sleet.
According to the press service of the KP “Kievavtodor”, the air temperature will be + 1 … -2 degrees. Precipitation is already possible on January 28. During the day it will be colder – 0 … -6 degrees.
Before it starts to snow, utilities will begin preventive treatment of roads and sidewalks with de-icing agents. To combat bad weather, 544 units of special equipment were prepared.
Kievavtodor urged drivers to be careful. Do not leave the car on the sidewalks, extreme lanes of roads and roadsides, so as not to interfere with the work of special equipment.
Note that the deterioration of the weather in Ukraine on January 26 caused a blackout in more than a hundred settlements and the formation of traffic jams. Such meteorological situation will continue during January 27-28, a cyclone will contribute to bad weather.
Because of this, a storm warning was issued in some regions.
