The Verkhovna Rada proposed to fine the Ukrainians for improperly installed air conditioners in homes.
The corresponding bill (No. 4619) was initiated by the people Deputy of the Servant of the People party Sergei Grivko… The document appeared on the parliament’s website.
According to the project, for this infraction, the owner of the air conditioner may impose a fine in the amount of 1,700 hryvnia… If the offense is repeated, you will have to pay 3400 UAH.
It is clarified that badly installed air conditioners will be considered, condensation from which drips on the facade, asphalt or passers-by.
Air conditioner owners should consider a method of removing condensate in advance. It can be storm or domestic sewage, special tanks that will not interfere with citizens.
The explanatory note says that the bill is necessary to guarantee a clean environment and prevent violations of the rights of other citizens.
As design engineer Dmitry Makagon explained to TSN, air conditioners are hung randomly on balconies – it’s illegal.
“Aesthetically, this is bad. The architect conceived a type of facade, but people change it arbitrarily. This is also damage to the facade, damage to its tightness. Water can get there.
In fact, in addition to aesthetics, there are many nuances. It is not allowed to change the facade without permission, in accordance with our rules and laws. However, this is not punished, so everyone is doing it ”, noted the expert.
As OBOZREVATEL wrote, Ukraine’s Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal said that citizens would not pay fines or penalties if they did not pay for gas and heating in January on time.
