How to have a high pension
Have full experience. Now, to get full work experience, you need to work continuously from at least 25 to 60 years, that is, have 35 years of work experience. Without an official record, you won’t have to claim a decent payment.
Work officially… Requirements for work experience in Ukraine increase annually. And in order not to end up of retirement age, but without a pension, it is important to work officially. Also, the higher the “white” salary, the better. If you are officially employed, but on minimum wage, then you cannot count on a decent pension.
By the way, the employer is obliged to formalize you under an employment contract and legally pay you your salary. Even if most of your employees work “in the shadows” or under contract, you should definitely contact your management with a request to legalize your relationship under the Labor Code. If that doesn’t work, then consider getting fired.
