In the city of Izmail, Odessa region, on the night of January 16, a 16-year-old girl was found hanged. The day before, her mother had told the police about her daughter’s disappearance.
According to the woman, the minor went for a walk with her friend and did not return for a long time. The General Directorate of the National Police of the region reports on this.
“A resident of Izmail, Anastasia Eliseeva, born in 2004, left the house on January 15, around 6:00 pm. She did not return home and the teenager was included in the wanted list as missing,” the message says .
The girl was found hanging from a tree. No external traces of violent death were found on his body.
In the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations, law enforcement officers entered data about the tragedy in Part 1 of Art. 115 (Premeditated murder marked “suicide”) of the Penal Code. The causes and circumstances of the death of a minor Izmail resident are being established.
