On Saturday, January 9, icy ice and wet snow are expected on Ukraine’s roads. Rainfall is expected in Zaporizhzhya and Kherson provinces.
This was reported on the website of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (GSChS) with reference to the Ukrhydrometeorological Center. It is noted that ice is expected, in particular, in the western regions.
In the southern, eastern, Kirovograd, Dnepropetrovsk regions, wet snow stuck, at night in the Kherson, Zaporozhye, Donetsk regions, significant rainfall.
“The meteorological conditions can cause the interruption of the traffic in certain sections of the highway,” said the press service of the State Emergency Service.
Remember: the weather in Ukraine on the weekend, January 9 and 10, will be icy at night. Heavy rainfall is also expected in some places. A strong southwest wind of 15-20 m / s is forecast.
The air temperature during the night and during the day in the country as a whole will vary from 1 frost to 1 heat. In the west, at night, in some places, up to -3, and in the south +1 .. + 3, during the day up to 6 degrees.
