In the US state of Michigan, a light-engine aircraft fell on a residential building. As a result, three people died.

The crash occurred around 4:00 pm local time on January 2 in Oakland County. The Federal Aviation Administration reports that a single-engine Piper PA-24 aircraft crashed into a private residence.

As a result of the accident, a fire started, the residents of the house were able to get out of it.
According to the police, the pilot of the aircraft and two of his passengers died.
Now the aviation authorities are beginning to investigate the incident.
