During the past day, the coronavirus in Ukraine was found in 4576 people, 123 deaths were recorded, 6250 patients were recovered.
This is evidenced by data from the Ministry of Health on the morning of Sunday, January 3.
During the day in Ukraine, the number of people who recovered exceeded the number of cases by almost 2000.
In total, during the entire time of the pandemic in Ukraine, 1,074,093 people fell ill, of which 728,865 recovered, deaths – 18,854.
The situation with COVID-19 in the regions during the last day:
- Kiev: 370 cases;
- Vinnytsia region: 66 cases;
- Volyn region: 93 cases;
- Dnipropetrovsk region – 404 cases;
- Donetsk region: 200 cases;
- Zhytomyr region – 25 cases;
- Transcarpathic region: 78 cases;
- Zaporizhzhya region – 301 cases;
- Ivano-Frankivsk region: 99 cases;
- Kiev region – 303 cases;
- Kirovograd region: 22 cases;
- Lugansk region: 85 cases;
- Lviv region: 433 cases;
- Nikolaev region – 454 cases;
- Odessa region: 426 cases;
- Poltava region: 197 cases;
- Rivne region: 75 cases;
- Sumy region: 147 cases;
- Ternopil region: 59 cases;
- Kharkov region: 68 cases;
- Kherson region: 115 cases;
- Khmelnytsky region – 14 cases;
- Cherkasy region: 244 cases;
- Chernivtsi region: 146 cases;
- Chernihiv region: 152 cases.
Data for the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the Donetsk, Lugansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are absent.
The government replaced the adaptive quarantine with a nationwide one until February 28. On weekdays, Ukraine has restrictions on the orange quarantine zone.
In addition, a running of the bulls will operate in the country from January 8 to 24.
