In Ukraine, the air temperature in January 2021 will be warmer than long-term average values.
This forecast was given in the “Ukrhydrometcenter”. Meteorologists also mentioned the possible amount of precipitation in different regions.
“It is assumed that the monthly average temperature is 0 to 4 ° C frost, in the southern part in places of 1 to 3 ° C hot, which is 2 to 2.5 ° C higher than the long-term average values term “, says the information.
According to experts, monthly precipitation is expected to be at the level of 27-58 mm, in the Carpathians in places up to 75 mm, in the Crimean mountains up to 122 mm, which is within the long-term average values.
Earlier, the main weather forecaster at the Ukrhydrometeorological Center Roman Murmylo said that the Christmas weekend will be with precipitation mainly in the form of rain or sleet. According to him, rainy weather is expected from January 6 to 7; On Christmas Eve it may be about 0 degrees, frost is not yet expected.
