Recall that in September Gennady Kernes fell ill with coronavirus and was first treated at hospital 17 in the city of Kharkov. Later, his relatives took him to the German clinic in Charite. Due to the virus, Kernes has exacerbated the illnesses that emerged after the assassination attempt against him in 2014. For three months, German doctors battled complications. However, on December 11, Kernes’ kidneys failed, and on the night of December 17, his heart stopped beating.
