In Norway, rescuers found the body of one who died in a landslide near Oslo. Nine more people are still missing.

At night the search operation ended due to darkness. Work will continue on Saturday at the same location. Nine people are still considered missing.
A landslide in the municipality of Djerdrum occurred on Wednesday afternoon, December 30. The landslide is 700 meters long and severely damaged at least 14 residential buildings. More than 1,000 residents have been evacuated. Another 1.5 thousand people may be forced to leave their homes, as the threat of landslides still exists.
Additionally, Norway has introduced a requirement that everyone entering the country must pass a coronavirus test. The rate will take effect on Saturday, January 2.
