Residents of the state of Kiribati, located on Christmas Island in the Pacific Ocean, have already celebrated the New Year. They celebrated the start of 2021 at 12:00 Kiev time.
Likewise, the inhabitants of Samoa, a state located in the South Pacific Ocean and which occupies the western part of the archipelago of the same name, were among the first to celebrate the New Year.

Remember there are almost 10 New Years locations available to celebrate New Years in Kiev. They will run until mid-January. On New Year’s Eve, the Moscow metro will run for two more hours, but the closure of central stations is possible.
