A 43-year-old man, using his physical superiority and the girl’s impotence, repeatedly raped a girl.

In Lysychansk, Lugansk region, a 43-year-old man repeatedly raped his 13-year-old stepdaughter. This was reported by the regional prosecutor’s office on Thursday, December 31.

“The Lysychansk local prosecutor’s office of the Lugansk region has sent an indictment to the court on the fact of the rape of a minor and the commission of such actions again (part 4, 6, article 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)” , it was informed.

During May-July 2020, a 43-year-old city resident raped his young stepdaughter twice.

“The stepfather, being alone at home with a 13-year-old girl, using his physical superiority and the defenseless state of a minor, committed sexual acts against her. In one of the cases, he raped a girl while she was sleeping,” the agents added of order.

The accused is now in custody. He faces life in prison.

Recall that in the Odessa region, the director of the children’s institution is suspected of sexual abuse. We are talking about the head doctor of the specialized children’s home in Izmail, Viktor P., according to local media.

It was also reported that near Kiev, a famous photographer corrupted the girls. For several years, the man committed lustful acts against the victims in the Kiev Territory and Obukhovsky district.
