On the night of December 31 to January 1, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will wish Ukrainians a Happy New Year 2021 and Merry Christmas with a speech his team filmed at four locations in Kiev.
The final version of the video message to the people is not ready yet. This was reported by “Strana” with reference to sources in the Office of the President.
It should be noted that these days Zelensky is finishing the work of recording and editing his speech, which the Ukrainians will see on New Year’s Eve.
It is known that it was recorded in several takes, filming in the capital’s Bankova Street, in Mariinsky Park, in Mikhailovskaya Square and near the Saint Sophia Cathedral near the main Christmas tree in the country.
“It is still being written. There is no final version, there are still excellent ideas that are being refined,” the publication quotes the words of its source.
We will recall that the Ukrainians ambiguously perceived the video message of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, with whom he congratulated them on the New Year 2020. Some have dedicated separate posts on social media to comment on this. People’s opinions were divided: some criticized the words of the head of state’s speech, others pointed out that “Ukrainians made a good choice” by voting for such a candidate.
