On the territory of one of the enterprises in the Gorokhovsky district of the Volyn region, the body of a 42-year-old worker was found. His colleague is a suspect in his death, according to the press service of the Regional Police on Tuesday, December 29.
“On suspicion of premeditated murder, the police arrested a 53-year-old district resident, a company worker,” the statement said.
According to the investigation, the man, during the conflict with the deceased, sent a jet of water from the washing machine to his face, which got into his mouth, which resulted in the death of the victim.
After suspicions about the man are announced under the premeditated murder article, he will be chosen as a preventive measure. The sanction of the article provides for 7 to 15 years in prison.
