The SBU does not mention the name of the alleged former people’s deputy.
The former people’s deputy went to Russia in 2015 and supported the annexation of Crimea and the events in Donbass.
The SBU announced suspicions in absentia to a former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the Party of Regions about his involvement in the creation of a terrorist organization and actions aimed at overthrowing the constitutional order. This was reported by the SBU press service on Tuesday, December 29.
The former MP reportedly supported the annexation of Crimea and Russia’s actions in Donbass. In January 2015 he left for Russia, where he still is.
