In Kiev, a deputy of the eighth convocation of one of the village councils of the Kiev region was arrested, who ordered the murder of two people.
According to the press service of the National Police of Ukraine, a 34-year-old resident of the Brovary region promised to pay US $ 6,000 for the first victim.
The killer was supposed to liquidate a 47-year-old neighbor and a 39-year-old resident of a neighboring village, who developed hostile relations with the deputy.
Law enforcement officers worked proactively and arranged a crime client meeting with the person he “needed” for him, during which the attacker handed over photos of his enemies.
The aggressor was arrested and the question of surrendering him on suspicion of having committed crimes is being decided.
