Zheleznyak will replace Sergei Rachmanin. The powers of the new head of the parliamentary faction “Golos” will come into force after the official announcement in the plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada.
At the same time, the people’s deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak wrote on Telegram that Roman Kostenko would become his deputy.
