In Nagorno-Karabakh, fighting between Armenia and Azerbaijan has resumed, there are casualties on both sides of the conflict.
This is reported by the pro-Russian telegram channel “Military Observer”.
According to the appeal, the fighting resumed in the Hadrut region of Nagorno-Karabakh.
“It is reported about the upcoming confrontation of the Armenian and Azerbaijani military in the Hadrut region of Nagorno-Karabakh. According to unconfirmed reports, there are casualties among the military of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces. According to available information, an Azerbaijani soldier was mortally wounded, ”the message says.

Subsequently, the same resource published another message about hostilities, but already in the Khojavend region of Nagorno-Karabakh.
“Battles are reported in the Khojavend region of Nagorno-Karabakh. There are dead, wounded and prisoners on both sides. Special units of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan have been sent to the area of the village of Tug, ”reports the Military Observer.
There was also a message about the escalation of the conflict in Zangelan.
“An incident is reported in Zangelan. An attack on the military commander’s office,” the message says.

War in Nagorno-Karabakh: aggravation and victory of Azerbaijan
- On September 27, another escalation of the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan began over Nagorno-Karabakh.
- On November 10, all hostilities in the conflict zone ended. This was announced in a statement signed by the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, and the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin.
- According to the agreements, Azerbaijan and Armenia will stop at their positions. A Russian peacekeeping contingent is deployed along the Nagorno-Karabakh collision line and along the corridor connecting Nagorno-Karabakh with Armenia. Internally displaced persons and refugees are returning to Nagorno-Karabakh and the surrounding areas under the control of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. The exchange of prisoners of war, other detainees and bodies is underway. All economic and transport links in the region are unblocked.
- Armenia must return the Kelbajar region to Azerbaijan before November 15 and the Lachin region before December 1, preserving the Lachin corridor (5 km wide) to ensure the connection of Nagorno-Karabakh with Armenia, and at the same time not to touch the city of Shusha.
- On December 12, the Armenian Defense Ministry reported that the Azerbaijani armed forces resumed their offensive in Nagorno-Karabakh.
- In response, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry announced the provocations by the Armenian side in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, “accompanied by a violation of the ceasefire”. The Defense Ministry noted that the Azerbaijani Armed Forces took “adequate measures”.
