Why the Minsk Accords are not being implemented and what the Kremlin wants
Globally, the Minsk agreements are not being implemented for a reason: Russia wants to impose on Ukraine in some way the legalization of these illegal armed groups, the “LPR” and the “DPR”.

Russia wants us to really recognize the Russian occupation administration and legalize it, give it some kind of official status in Ukraine. This gives Russia, in effect, a block of shares in a joint-stock company called Ukraine. Russia wants a part of our sovereignty.
It is clear that these territories will be controlled by Moscow, as is happening now, all people there will be appointed by Moscow. Consequently, if in the future some processes, some elections take place in Ukraine, these formations will influence foreign policy, domestic policy, delegate their people to power. They will be people from the Russian Federation.
No sovereign state can agree to such a thing. And the conditions in Russia are exactly that.

This is much more than a choice. They want the state to be preserved there.
And then the question arises: why is it Ukraine at all? Why do we need those territories that we do not control? Just to give them some kind of legal status?
All this conflict occurs only because of the position of Russia, which has seized part of the territory of Ukraine and supports this conflict.
What Donbass voice and why it should sound
Now there are some people that the Russian Federation takes with it everywhere like trained monkeys and says they are representatives of Donbass, some “republics”.
In fact, these people, who present themselves as “DPR” – “LPR”, are not representatives of Donbass.

They are not legitimate, nobody chose them. There are some groups that, with the support of Russia, seized power by force of arms, and now people come and say: “We are Donbass.”
This is not true, this is not Donbass. These are the people who took over this region, who ruined it, who were representatives of the minority, a marginal stratum that promised to take power and supported the armed formations.

It is very important that other people speak on behalf of the Donbass, who initially stated: we do not support these bandits and we have nothing in common with them.
Why should we listen to some incomprehensible Pushilin, Deinogo? Who are they? Why do they speak for the several million people who lived in Donbas? At least there are millions of people who disagree with them.
Therefore, this voice must sound. I think this is also important for the international community, because we only hear the voice of Russia and of these representatives whom it carries with it.
Why Kravchuk on TCG infuriates Russia
Do I think that Kravchuk is now doing something that can be considered a betrayal of national interests or a flight? No.
For example, in our last talks, when they openly tried to blackmail us, Kravchuk took a pretty tough stance and said that no one would talk to Ukraine like that.
The systemic position of the other side is the following: it will be our way or nothing. For example, with these roadmaps, a settlement plan. They say, “We don’t want to discuss your plan, we believe it violates the Minsk agreements. Here’s our plan, we will discuss it. And if you don’t want to discuss it, say that you are withdrawing from the Minsk agreements.”
And Kravchuk said: “No, guys, it is not clear from whom, of these” DPR “-” LPR “we will not discuss. If this is a plan of the Russian Federation, then officially send a document there that this is a plan of the Russian Federation. under the fact that she is one of the parties to the conflict. If not, then here is the plan of Ukraine, we are discussing it. “

I think this position is normal. She really pissed off Russia. The Russian Federation is trying to slip these “representatives” from the “DPR” – “LPR” as a party to the conflict, so that we can speak to them directly. And Kravchuk’s position here is quite tough: we will not discuss anything with them, we are arguing with you, because you, Russia, a party to the conflict, do not need to evade and pretend that you are not participating.
I have the impression of Kravchuk as a very experienced and cunning person. You can speak in a reassuring tone, portray a kindly retired grandfather, and then suddenly sharply harden the rhetoric and shake everyone up.
