The man who was hit by the truck’s wheels survived. He was hospitalized with serious injuries.
In Kharkov on Saturday morning, December 26, a truck collided with a pedestrian trying to cross the street, seriously injuring him. This is reported by the Kharkiv region police.
The moment of the accident was recorded by a camera in one of the passing cars.
The accident occurred at 10:55 am on Bolshoy Panasovskiy Street in the Kholodnogorsk district.
“It was established that a 65-year-old driver of a DAF car ran over a pedestrian crossing the street,” police said.
The identity of the victim has not yet been established. An ambulance took him from the scene of the accident in serious condition.
It was previously reported that three people were killed in an accident near Simferopol. The driver of the Mazda car lost control, drove into the opposite lane, where there was a collision with a Skoda and then with a VAZ.
It was also reported that there was a frontal collision of two trucks on the Odessa region highway overnight. One driver was killed, the other was injured.
