Bus and car collision in the Sumy region: three victims
The driver and two female passengers of a passenger car were killed after colliding with a minibus.
In the Sumy region, on Friday December 25, a minibus and a passenger car collided, as a result of which three people died. Reports from the press service of the regional police.
It is noted that the accident occurred at kilometer 262 of the Kiev-Sumy-Yunakovka highway near the village of Shtepovka, Lebedinsky district.
“As a result of the collision between the Volkswagen Transporter and Geely CK cars, the driver and two female passengers of the car were killed. The minibus driver received medical assistance without further hospitalization,” the statement read.
On the fact of the accident, criminal proceedings were opened, all the circumstances of the accident are being clarified.
It was previously reported that three people were killed in an accident near Simferopol. The driver of the Mazda car lost control, drove into the opposite lane, where there was a collision with a Skoda and then with a VAZ.
It was also reported that there was a frontal collision of two trucks on the Odessa region highway overnight. One driver was killed, the other was injured.
