“The closure of the tree is not threatened, the transmission of the infection in open places is very small. Therefore, today, first of all, the issue of the massive concentration of people is being considered,” said Ruban.
He also answered the question of how the gathering of people in Sofievskaya Square will be controlled, given that there were a lot of people at the inauguration of the Christmas tree on December 19.
“At fairs there are organizers who are in charge of observing a certain regime, who must ensure the marking and control a certain distance. If it is not observed, measures will be applied to these commercial entities … As for the open space, walk in the park, near the Christmas tree There will be no interruptions in the places where the celebration will take place.
