In the city of Novovoronezh, Voronezh region of Russia, a monument to the girl Alena was dismantled, which was inaugurated only on December 18. The sculpture scared the neighbors with its terrible expression on its face, and according to their complaints it was demolished.
The video of the removal of the monument from the site was published by the LIFE SHOT Telegram channel.
The monument was inaugurated in honor of the semi-mythical Alenka, the founder of the town of Novaya Alyonovka, who once stood on the site of Novoronezh. It is interesting that this town, in general, has nothing to do with the city of nuclear scientists. It was built from scratch by the Soviet authorities in 1957 in connection with the construction of the Novovoronezh nuclear power plant. Initially the town of Novo-Gresovsky was called.
By the way, the same channel published a sketch of the sculpture. He looks nothing like the apocalyptic figure that came out at the end.
